How does a word cloud work?▾
The tool counts how often each word appears in your text. The most frequent words are drawn largest in the middle and less frequent words get smaller as they spiral outwards.
Why are words like the and and missing?▾
Skip common words is on by default, so short filler words such as the, and, of and to are left out and the words that carry meaning stand out. Turn it off to include every word.
Can I use a word cloud in a presentation or school project?▾
Yes. Download the PNG and insert it into slides, documents or posters. The image is yours to use, and your text is processed in your browser only.
