Frequently asked questions
How is CPS calculated?▾
CPS = total clicks ÷ test duration in seconds. 55 clicks in a 5-second test is 11 CPS.
What is a good CPS score?▾
Most people click 5–7 times per second. 8–10 CPS is fast, and jitter or butterfly clicking techniques can reach 12–20+ CPS.
How can I click faster?▾
Try jitter clicking (tensing your arm to vibrate the finger), butterfly clicking (alternating two fingers on one button) or drag clicking. Take breaks — fast clicking techniques can strain your hand.
Does it work on phones?▾
Yes. Tap the area with one or more fingers; each tap counts as a click.
