How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?▾
Work out how many full-height strips cover the walls (wall perimeter minus openings divided by the roll width), then divide by how many strips you can cut from one roll.
How does the pattern repeat affect the amount?▾
Each strip must be the wall height plus one pattern repeat so the design lines up, which means fewer strips per roll and more rolls overall.
Should I buy extra wallpaper?▾
Yes. Buy around 10% extra from the same batch number, because rolls from different batches can vary slightly in colour.
