Yes. There is no signup, watermark or limit. The invoice is built in your browser and saved as a PDF with your browser's print dialog.
How is the tax calculated?▾
Tax is applied to the subtotal after the discount: tax = (subtotal − discount) × tax rate. Shipping is added after tax, and the balance due is the total minus any amount paid.
What should an invoice include?▾
Your business name and contact details, the client's details, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, a description of each item or service with quantity and price, taxes, the total and your payment terms.
Is my invoice data stored anywhere?▾
Only in your own browser's local storage so you can come back to the draft. Nothing is uploaded to a server. Click New invoice to clear it.
How do I save the invoice as a PDF?▾
Press Download PDF / Print, then pick 'Save as PDF' (or 'Microsoft Print to PDF') as the printer. On phones, use Share → Print → pinch out to save the PDF.
